Perusing through my daily web/blog reeds and I came across this video.
It's sobering to think of the sacrifices made by the men and women of our armed forces. Thankfully there are many here in the US that recognize that sacrifice and do what ever they can to help those who have suffered.
I know each of us men have faced that awkward moment where a "man hug" was required. This helpful video gives us the direction we've all longed for...so go on be a man and give a hug.
I had the opportunity to travel to Boston this past Sunday for a 2 day web conference put on by An Event Apart.
While I could dive right in and tell you all about each session and the cool people I had the pleasure of meeting (Including two employees of LexBlog that I've been working with for over a year through IM, emails, and phone calls). That would probably bore the majority of you. However, this video below was shown during one of the presentations. This is where personal computers are moving... (Think Minority Report w/out the wooden balls rolling out).
The only thing that would bother me w/this setup is the fingerprints. Better have a box of Windex Wipes on hand
I thought this was a pretty cool video, amazing talent...too bad it's invested in a yoyo. Imagine how cool this guy could make surgery or car repair look.
So far I've managed to learn a few tricks while only having my yoyo stuck in our ceiling fan once (long story...ask Sarah Z. for the pic).
